Ben von Mahler

Coming from a background in commercial photography, Ben von Mahler combines his photographic style with traditional media to create powerful images of people and places.

The images are merged into a composite and printed onto hand
woven paper, canvas treated with plaster and acrylics, fabrics or painted newspaper. The various techniques give them added depth and dimension.
